This review is to mention a great guest experience service given by one of your Food and Beverage staff, "Jasemin" . She has beenproviding exceptional, proactive service, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency for the all 3 days of my stay. We loved our stay at Tajview Agra. The hotel itself feels super chill and welcoming, and a big part of that is thanks to their staff including two dogs, Max and Maya. These two roam around like they run the place, and it instantly makes the whole vibe feel homely. If you love dogs, you’ll probably fall in love with them. The rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was pretty solid with enough varieties. The location is just perfect and super close to the Taj Mahal, and you can enjoy a stunning view of it right from the terrace. One thing to keep in mind: while you do get a lovely view of the Taj Mahal from the terrace during the day, at night you won’t see much since the Taj isn’t lit up. So don’t expect a glowing night view it’s just not visible at all after dark from the hotel. Another thing that worked out great for us that they have 4 EV chargers (Tata), all in working condition. So if you're driving an electric car, this hotel makes life much easier. Overall, Tajview is a blend of comfort, charm, and great hospitality. Highly recommended for your stay in Agra especially if your main focus is going to be the Taj Mahal.

Excellent hotel in Agra with restaurants, including a rooftop restaurant, bars, pool, and gym. The rooms are modern and tasteful with contemporary washrooms. Service was excellent as was the food. The hotel manager, Mr. Banerjee was very attentive and politely enquired about our stay. This was an excellent hotel, highly recommended (...wish I could say the same for Agra, it is a very dirty city).

My friend and I stayed here for just one night but I wish we got to stay here longer! The Tajview staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room, a pool view room with two beds, was spacious and comfortable and had one of my favorite showers. The rooftop bar offers a great view of the city with the Taj Mahal in the background. We opted to go downstairs to the restaurant and were not disappointed - I had an excellent falafel! The cherry on top were the two hotel dogs: sweet golden retrievers named Max and Maya!

Had a wonderful stay at Tajview. The warmth and hospitality truly stood out. As we are expecting a baby, the team surprised us with a cake-cutting, which was a very thoughtful and touching gesture. The food was excellent, and the luxury was complemented beautifully by genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Sagar, Sakshi, and Mukesh—all were professional, attentive, and truly caring. Heartfelt thanks to Sagar for making our stay so comfortable and special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience.
